Bradley Cooper is not defeated by the hangover. He not only acts and directs but also sings (he rehearsed for months to play an alcoholic rocker, he even received advice from Eddie Vedder and Jack White). But the most important thing was his intuition to recruit Lady Gaga, who deserves more than a statue. This remake, resisted by the Hollywood studios, took a decade to materialize. But it was worth it. An actress has been born, although she always has been.
