I was thrilled by Rami Malek’s performance, but I could not miss certain betrayals, such as the sweetened party scene with the bare heels and dwarfs with cocaine trays and especially the manipulation of the moment when Freddie Mercury tells the band that contracted AIDS, just before Live Aid in Wembley. More than a license, it happened many years later, it was disrespectful. Cheers for the memory of Freddie.
