Based on the memories of Garrard Conley, the movie tells the story of a young man caught in a therapy that, through psychological and physical abuse, aims to transform him into heterosexual. Will his conflicted parents, played by Nicole Kidman and Russell Crowe, continue to fight against the nature of their son or will they end up accepting him? A politically correct tape, sweetened with stevia, but that opens the eyes even of those without eyes.
