They say it was born from a simple idea: show the Chilean valleys and their people. But this Sémillon, from a vineyard planted in 1958 by Don Juan Quijada (Apalta, Colchagua), has an incredible level of complexity. It is broad, firm and long, with a multitude of aromatic layers, where yellow apples, dates, iris flowers and quinces burst. A wine to eat. To party, rather.
