Almahue (Cachapoal) has a winemaking tradition that dates back to the times of the Colony, but was lost in our fragile memory. Until Gabriel Edwards remarked it on the map. There are some of the oldest Carmenère plants in Chile, an invaluable genetic material that today offers elegant and soft wines, which do not shy away from their herbal perfumes but show a thousand and one layers of flavors.
