Clos des Fous Dulcinea Chardonnay 2015

From a small vineyard in southern Traiguén (Malleco), this Chardonnay pursues dreams of greatness. With notes of apple strudel, tangerine skin and chalk veins, plus the eloquent gourmand flavors that bring their two years in French barrels, the wine takes our mouth by assault. Dulcinea is a wine to lose our mind and go out to fight against windmills. Some may flee the wood. I defend it with my life.
