I have always been a fan of the fruit of Pirque Viejo (Maipo Andes), where Cabernet Sauvignon rises with a lot of character and intensity of flavors. With small contributions of Syrah from San Felipe and Carmenère from Peumo estates, which round the wine and provide silkiness, this limited edition stands out for its deep minerality and fresh notes of raspberry, rosemary, thyme and coffee beans. It is a robust wine, but very stylish and refined.
