De Martino Viejas Tinajas Cinsault 2018

by | 11 Aug, 2020

The terracotta jars are really old. Of different sizes and shapes, they were transplanted from the southern and shaken (be aware of the earthquakes) drylands to their winery in Isla de Maipo. In these containers, De Martino elaborates this Cinsault from Itata that provokes spasms due to its weight and depth of flavors. Notes of copihue (Chilean national flower), wild strawberry and cured ham. Distinguished and velvety. The best version I’ve tried and I’ll try. Perhaps.
