Opposite Worlds

In most of the European regions, the vintners are bound.

Regulatory councils decide which strains to grow

and how many kilos per hectare to produce,

if they can irrigate, add sugar for fermentation

or the time that wines must remain in casks.

In Chile a few kick for more demanding standards

to protect the quality of their wines, but immediately they regret it.
